  1. Add the heavy cream, milk, vanilla syrup, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a large bowl.
  2. Use a whisk or milk frother to whip this mixture until frothy, and everything is well incorporated.

Prep Tips

  • Blending: A handheld milk frother is a fantastic little tool to create whipped cream or decadent foam. However, if you don’t have one, you can use a blender to whip up the ingredients. Just be sure not to blend at a super high speed or for a long time so you don’t heat up the cold foam!
  • Dairy-Free Version: You can make this a dairy free drink by using non-dairy milk and nondairy cream for your cold foam. Almond milk, cashew milk, coconut milk, or oat milk could all work. They might not foam up quite as much as dairy milk, but they will still taste creamy and delicious.
  • Garnish: Just like Starbucks, you can pretty up your drink with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice on top of the foam. It also makes it smell even more festive!
  • Storage: You can keep the individual components of this drink in the refrigerator for up to a week. I recommend waiting to add the pumpkin cream to the coffee until right when you’re ready to drink it. Otherwise, store them in separate airtight containers.
