Instructions

To Prep: Lightly grease or spray your baking dish with nonstick spray and line with parchment paper.

  1. Make the Marshmallow Mixture – Melt butter in a large pot until it starts to brown. Reduce heat and stir in the marshmallows until melted and smooth, then remove from heat and mix in the vanilla.
  2. Create the Colors – Scoop the marshmallow mixture evenly into 3 separate bowls, using food coloring to make one bowl purple, one bowl orange, and one bowl green. Stir 2 cups of rice krispies and 1/4 cup crushed Oreos into each bowl.
  3. Layer in Pan – Press the purple mixture evenly into the bottom of your prepared pan. Gently spread and press the orange cereal mixture on top of the purple layer. Finally, top with the green cereal layer. Use buttered hands or a greased spatula to press each layer down firmly and evenly.
  4. Decorate and Chill – Top with extra cookies and the edible eyes, pressing gently so they stick to the treats. Place in the fridge until set, about one hour.

Instructions
