Pumpkin Martini
Pumpkin pie and Thanksgiving go hand in hand! Now pumpkin pie can literally be IN your hand!
This pumpkin pie martini is smooth and creamy and has all the flavors of the Thanksgiving dessert classic. It’s delicious, decadent, and festive!
Another thing that I love about this recipe is that it is easy to make for a crowd. Simply add ingredients to a blender, mix, and pour! I listed ingredients for one serving, and you can up the ingredient amounts accordingly based on how many guests you’ll be serving. It looks like a super fancy drink but it’s quite easy to make! No bartending skills needed!

- High powered blender (we bought our Vitamix refurbished and saved big time!)
- Martini Glasses
Instructions
To Prep: Dip the rim of a chilled martini glass into a saucer of simple syrup, then dip into a plate containing graham cracker crumbs (or cinnamon sugar). If using caramel sauce, add a drizzle to the inside of your glass.
- Add the vodka, pumpkin spice liqueur, heavy cream, and pumpkin pie filling to a blender.
- Blend on medium speed until smooth and all of the pumpkin pie filling is incorporated.
- Pour into a chilled martini glass and top with whipped cream.
Prep Tips
- Generally when making martinis, I mix everything in a cocktail shaker with ice, to chill the drink. However, the pumpkin pie filling might not mix completely with this method, which is why we used a blender. But that doesn’t chill the drink, so I recommend pre-chilling all of your ingredients in the fridge: vodka, Bailey’s etc. and using a chilled martini glass. That way you’ll get a smooth and creamy drink that is also refreshingly cool.
- The ingredient amounts listed above are for one serving. Since you’re using a blender, you can make multiple servings at one time! Simply double, triple, or quadruple the ingredient amounts depending on how many guests you’re serving.
- The original recipe calls for plain vodka, but feel free to switch it up with a flavored vodka! Vanilla vodka, whipped vodka, or caramel vodka would all taste amazing in this drink.
- If you don’t have heavy cream or want a slightly lighter option, you can substitute with whole milk, half and half, or even coconut milk (for a non-dairy option). Avoid using skim milk or low-fat options because they may separate during mixing and won’t have the same creamy consistency.
