Ghost Chocolate Milk
Spooky sips for little ghouls! These adorable Ghost Chocolate Milk Cups are made with marshmallow fluff and are perfect for Halloween parties.
Ghost Chocolate Milk Cups
Saw this idea floating around TikTok and had to give it a try!
Here’s the rundown:
You use marshmallow fluff to paint “ghosts” on the inside of clear plastic cups. Then you can take a black permanent marker to draw faces on the outside of the cups. Pour in chocolate milk (or your favorite drink) and it looks like there is a ghost inside!
I made these for my kids this weekend to try out the idea and they LOVED them!
This is such an easy idea for a Halloween party or movie night. As you drink the chocolate milk, the marshmallow fluff melts into it, creating a deliciously creamy treat!
I made these myself to surprise my kids, but this would also be a fun project to do WITH kids because they can make their own ghosts! You can even make more than one ghost on each cup!

Prep Tips
- Cups – We used 9oz clear plastic cups (shown in the photos and video). However, you could use a larger size if you want more room to create your ghost, or more than one ghost per cup.
- Milk – You can use you favorite type of milk for this recipe. We used cashew milk (a plant-based milk) and added chocolate syrup to make our own homemade chocolate milk. If making your own chocolate milk, mix the chocolate and milk together in a separate container or pitcher, before pouring into your decorated cups.
- Marshmallow – I used Jet-Puffed brand marshmallow creme because that’s what we had on hand. You should be able to use any brand of marshmallow fluff or marshmallow creme for this idea.
- Storage – Because the marshmallow fluff will start to mix with the chocolate milk as soon as you pour the milk into the cups, this isn’t a drink that you can make too far in advance. I recommend making these ghost chocolate milk cups when you’re ready to serve them.
